Refund Policy

Returns for our policy are only applicable when similar purchase has not been done on other platforms. Once your return has been fully received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your full return. We will also let you know if your return is approved or denied. If your refund has been approved, it will be completely processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original form of payment within the specified number of days.

Late or completely missing refunds – If you haven’t received your complete refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then you need to contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next step is to contact your bank. There is almost in all cases some processing time before a full refund is actually posted. Sale Items – Returns can only be made on regular priced items, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned at all. Exchange – You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs of any product are completely non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return postage will be deducted from your return. Depending on where you live, delivery times for the replaced product may vary.
