2. On-Site Work Eligibility

On-site work eligibility is determined based on the nature of the role, project requirements, and the employee’s preference (where applicable). Employees are required to discuss on-site work preferences with their respective managers or the Human Resources Department.

3. Working Hours

The standard on-site working hours are from 10:30 am to 07:30 pm (Working hours may be vary according to the situation at that time). Employees are expected to adhere to the designated working hours unless otherwise specified by their managers or due to project requirements.

4. Hybrid Work Model

At Orage Technologies, we recognize the benefits of a flexible work environment. Hence, we promote a hybrid work model that allows employees to work a combination of on-site and remote days, subject to approval by their managers.

5. Health and Safety Guidelines

a. COVID-19 and Health Protocols: During times of pandemics or health emergencies, employees must follow the company’s COVID-19 policies and health protocols set forth by relevant authorities.

b. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): If required, employees must wear appropriate PPE while on-site to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

c. Workspace Hygiene: Employees are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and are encouraged to use sanitization stations provided throughout the office premises.

6. Attendance and Punctuality

a. Employees are expected to adhere to their designated on-site working days and report to work on time.

b. In case of illness or any unforeseen circumstances preventing on-site work, employees must notify their managers or the Human Resources Department promptly.

7. Collaboration and Communication

On-site work aims to foster teamwork and face-to-face interactions. Employees are encouraged to collaborate with their team members and other departments effectively.

8. Work Equipment and Facilities

a. The company will provide necessary work equipment and facilities required for on-site work.

b. Employees must handle company equipment responsibly and report any damages or malfunctions immediately to the IT department.

9. Visitors Policy

a. Non-employees are generally not allowed access to the office premises unless approved by the Human Resources Department or authorized by the management.

b. For authorized visitors, employees must escort them and ensure compliance with company policies.

10. Confidentiality and Data Security

Employees must adhere to the company’s data security policies and maintain confidentiality while on-site. Any breach of security will be subject to disciplinary action.

11. Reporting Concerns

If employees have concerns related to on-site work, they are encouraged to communicate them to their managers or the Human Resources Department for resolution.

12. Policy Acknowledgment

All employees are required to read, understand, and acknowledge this policy. By doing so, employees agree to comply with the guidelines and expectations outlined in this on-site work policy.
